Bouquet: Powerful mineral and fragrant citrus notes in the young wine. Crisp citrus flavours reminiscent of lemon sherbet and lime juice. Palate shows tight structure balanced with good weight and mouth feel, finishing dry with biscuit and mineral notes. Should develop notes of toast and honey with age.

Titratable Acids: 7.3 grams/litre

Soils: Shallow and stony soils with overlying sandy loam, well drained.
